Brett was great to answer questions and insure me the best he could of our time table. I was worried at first that we would be able to close this type of lending that is brokered out to Provident in time. But Brett let me know up front the facts and it really helped me jump on board (by the way we did close in three weeks, perfect timing.) UPDATE: 2nd Re-Fi with Brett Simpson 2012I just refinanced again with this company, and had a very positive experience. Again their rates were a quarter percent below everyone else for a 15 year no cost loan. Everything went very smoothly even quicker then my re-fi with them a year ago. My comments below from a year ago also reflect my latest experience. Brett got us a very competitive rate. When I had questions about the loan, he returned my calls quickly with direct answers. Everything went through as promised. The financing was through Provident. They came to my house to close the loan! It was inconvenient for us to take the baby to their place; so they came to ours.
Brett and his office worked almost entirely through email and text, with a few phone call required to clarify details. This was easier than direct or phone conversations in that it is more convenient. On a few occasions it resulted in slight (a day or two) delays in communication. Overall, Brett's office was well organized, communicated clearly, and very competent.
Brett and his staff from day one were very helpful and responsive to all my concerns and questions I had regarding my refi. This refi was the most efficient and easiest in every way. I just responded with everything they needed and by the time I knew it was all over and I was a very happy customer. Thank you Brett Stimpson and your staff.
I was sceptical at first in using an online company for my refinance. I talked with Brett on the phone and it sounded almost too good to be true. After having started with a big bank and wasted 60 days and still did not have a closing date I decided to go with Brett. His staff was on my loan from the start and kept me informed all along the way. We were able to close within 30 days at an amazing rate. Fees were minimal as advertised. It went smother than I had anticipated.

I've never refied without meeting someone face to face, but this was just about as easy as I could have imagined. The only delays experienced were on my side because I was away from computers during the holidays when this refinance happened. If anyone asks me who I refinanced with, I'm sending them to Brett.
