Brett got us an unbeatable 30-year refi mortgage rate. He was extremely knowledge and responsive, even replying quickly to emails I sent late at night and on the weekends. The associated fees on our loan were very low, too. All in all, it will take us about three months to recover our out of pocket closing costs with the savings on our monthly mortgage payment.
