Brett Stimpson and his staff were great to work with. Not only were they professional and responsive but went way beyond the call of duty to help us close. We had two properties to refinance at the same time and were interrupted by a vacation. He had a person come to our vacation condo out of state to finish the closing so as to get it done on time. Amazing.
We just completed our second loan with Brett, our first was a purchase and this one for a refinance. Both times Brett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new mortgage. Brett saved us a lot of money and got us a great interest rate. The title company they recommended was very flexible and we were able to sign all the closing documents in our own home. Now THAT was convenient!
It is impossible to say enough good things about Brett and his team. Working with Brett and his team got us a really amazing rate, and though there were a few hiccups along the way (mostly it was the title company that took a long time to review our application), we got the rate we wanted and closed within about 45 days.
Brett Stimpson and his processor Anne Harding are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made our experience with refinancing our home a great experience. We have refinanced before using a different company and the experience was not nearly as good as our experience with Brett. They keep you informed as they work through the process with a weekly status email which we loved. I would highly recommend Brett with Innovative Mortgage Alliance to all of my friends and family!
Brett and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Our questions were always quickly answered, and the entire refinance process was completed within a month. We got a great rate and will definitely contact Brett if we get the opportunity to refinance again.
We had an overall good experience with Brett's team--and especially appreciated their use of DropBox for syncing documents. However, it's always a headache getting the loan funded and making sure all the final documents are taken care of. Brett was great to work with on my mortgage re-finance. He had the best rate and overall deal and although he was busy with many customers as the mortgage rates dropped, he was always very responsive to my questions. He quickly addressed any concerns I had and worked diligently to move the loan forward. I highly recommend Brett and have already been recommending him to friends.
