I have purchased and refinanced several homes and have never had a better experience than working with Brett and his team. He was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He made it so easy for me ,from the application and processing right down to the signing of the docs- they came to my house! I just bought my first home and had Brett Stimpson and his team help me get a home loan. I can't express enough how impressed I was with them in getting the documents processed in a very professional and timely manner! We had a very tight time constraint as we were trying to close before the end of the year and Brett's team was very sensitive to this deadline and did I highly recommend them to anyone! I had a terrific home loan experience with Brett and his team!

I RARELY give five stars and was trying to find a way to give four stars so that I retain some objectivity but I really was super happy with the process of working with Brett Stimpson and his processor. We looked at all the major loan providers in the valley including Axiom and Academy as well as Wells Fargo and Bank of American Fork and one or two others. Brett was amazing. He handled our loan like a pro. He was always there to answer my questions and we closed this loan quicker than i though we could. He and his staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this broker. We did a re-fi with him and got an excellant rate to boot.

I actually started my refinance talking to 3 different people. The rate I got and the savings at closing were by far the best with Brett. He had many different options for the type of loan and his advice on which one to go with based on my situation was very helpful. I will definitely work with him again if I ever need any assistance with a mortgage.

I've bought about 4 properties this year under the new rules, and it can be a nightmare! But Bret and his staff did a excellent job responding and processing everything, I was able to close in a record 3 weeks with a difficult underwriter. I would have to say out of all the brokers and lenders I've worked with Bret is in the top. Thanks for all the help Bret.
