Refinance at good rate with low fees. We discussed up front how the process would likely go and what possible hurdles would exist. He contacted me as each hurdle was cleared and I felt I was in the loop the whole time.

I recently did a refi with Brett and found him through Zillow. His deal was the best and everything worked out exactly as discussed and advertised. Normally I would be skeptical with finding my loan guy via internet. I did plenty of due diligence and comparison shopped with my "loan friends" and found that no one could beat his offer. In an industry full of shady deal makers and high priced rip off deals, Brett is not one of those. Have full confidence and charge forward with you loan with Brett.

Our situation was a little challenging for brett, but he provided great service. In the end, we decided to go with another lender because they had better rates and the lender lender we chose seemed to have a little more common sense about our situation (not Brett's fault).

Great experience. He responds quickly to my requests and then completes the refinance process as promised. I have refinanced with Brett four times. This last time, it only took 2 weeks from quote to close. He has developed a very quick and simple process.

We have refinanced with Brett twice in the last couple of years. Both times he has had the best rates around and has been very knowledgeable. And, everything has gone through in a very timely fashion. We hadn't planned on refinancing the second time, but the rates had dropped even lower. Our second refinance didn't have any closing costs, except for paying for the house appraisal. My brother-in-law was trying to refinance his home with someone else at the same time. Brett is very good at what he does, and is very respectful with any question or concern. Brett was not pushy and allowed us move at our own pace. Once our end was finished (required paperwork), the process was very smooth and cost us less then previous refinances. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinance their home.

The whole process was very smooth, the slowest part was the gathering of necessary documents from my end. There was always quick communication from Brett or his staff, either through email, phone, text, or in person. The rate was lower than other lenders had quoted me, and the Zillow process and offer was honored. Several other loan options were offered, and explained. Questions were answered quickly.
