Everything went smoothly. We even closed one week ealier. Brett was very knowledgeable and honest. All the estimated fees were very accurate and didn't change. Brett helped us to refinance our home to a 15 year mortgage at 2.37%. He and his staff were knowledgable and helpful, even helping us navigate a small bump in the road over an insurance issue. Closing costs for this loan were incredibly low. Conventional lenders could not come close. There was one problem with covering the appraisal fee from the shared closing costs (due to Provident Lending's refusal to reimburse me from the $500 out of pocket costs). However, Brett covered this expense by reimbursing us directly. Provident funding is a bit more stringent up-front in getting all of the paperwork and payments straight, but this was a minor headache for the title company, not us.
