I have had a great experience with the Gavin team would definitely recommend. As a first time buyer they explained all question and concerns i had. They were fast on call backs, almost always got straight to them, great on making your closing date a priority and getting all paperwork submitted and giving you a response as soon as possible. Great team

I had a great experience with Scott Gereaux and his team at Citywide Home Loans. From the first point of contact, Scott was professional and very helpful. They kept me well informed and the refinance process went very smoothly. In the end, I believe they got me the best deal possible. Thanks Scott and team!

I was very clueless regarding the loan process. Kristal Branscome from Team Gavin Ekstrom walked me through everything and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing much about the process. Kristal was very easy to get a hold of and either always answered my call or called me back usually within an hour. Brooke Kartus handled many of the details for my loan. We closed our refinance (our original mortgage was also thru Citywide) this morning in the comfort of our own home which was a great way to complete a very smooth process. Most of my phone and email correspondence was with one of Gavin Ekstrom's loan officers, Scott Gereaux. Scott handled the refi process flawlessly. There were a couple questions with some numbers which were quickly resolved to our satisfaction (and more!). Working with Gavin Ekstrom and his Entire team at Citywide was a great pleasure. They provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I worked specifically with Scott Harshman and Brooke Kartus and both did a super job. Having gone through the process before and having a complicated personal situation the two of them were clear, timely, and respectful, even when I asked dumb questions. They were able to clearly define areas that I knew little about. In some of the minutia details they were very helpful. Everything was done well and they set a bar that others that I have worked with did not reach. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I worked with Gavin Ekstrom and his team to purchase a home. Gavin and Azlee were AMAZING!!! They made the process so smooth and EASY! You hear nightmare stories about going through the lending process now days but this was a breeze. They held my hand and were in constant follow-up with me.
