We worked with Azlee and she was absolutely great. She always had an answer to our questions and being first time home buyers and only in the US for 8 months, she was very helpful. She phoned when we had final approval and was helpful via email. I would recommend Azlee and Gavin's team.

Very responsive through most of the loan process, but we ran into a couple surprises at close. They were quickly resolved but really should have been taken care of prior to close. That said, our experience was mostly positive.

When we were deciding on a loan company, Scott Gereaux was extremely helpful and very fast to respond to all of our questions. Because of this we went with City Wide for our loan and have been very happy with our choice. Scott and Brooke answered all of our questions usually within hours and kept the process running smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Our experience was amazing with Kristal Branscome and also Brooke Kartus. They were very helpful with every question that we had I was helping my dad which understands english but can't speak it perfectly so he had me asking the questions and Kristal always had an answer for him. Team Gavin Ekstrom worked so hard on my loan. They were very helpful, they went an extra mile for me. They'll were very effective and proffesional. They responded to every single question that I had.
