Steve Byers was a blessing to work with! From the first call to the very last day at closing. He always kept me updated on what I needed to know, and what he needed from me. I never felt like I had to seek him out for any answers, he was always what I felt to be, ahead of the game. When I did reach out to him with any questions, his response was immediate. I would highly recommend Team Gavin Ekstrom to anyone I know to purchase a home, refinance, or any lender needs.

Gavin and his team have gone above my expectations!!! I would recommend this team to EVERYONE!!!! A call was never unanswered, a question or concern was never left in limbo!! Our refinance went smooth and really happy to have closed before the holidays. Thanks guys on everything.

Worked with the Citywide Home Loans group to close on my first home. They were very clear on all of my questions and good at relating concise information. They even helped me clear up some stuff in my credit report that i did not know was there.

My loan application was actually started by a different firm, but due to a 'technicality' they were not able to complete the application process. I was them referred to Gavin and his team, who took over the loan application. The transfer was totally smooth with no problems whatsoever. Gavin and Azlee jumped right on it and got the ball rolling again and the only difference I saw from my end was a very slight delay in the closing date. Thanks Gavin and Azlee! You were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Excellent communication from Gavin's team in all areas. Brooke answered my phone calls and emails after hours and even while she was on vacation. Any correspondence was handled almost immediately and nothing lingered. I was able to go through the entire process and close on my new home in 3 weeks.

After hearing the horror stories of financing a new home, I was nervous heading into the purchase. It was probably one of the easiest things I've done. I was asked one time for all documents to get stared, never had to re-send anything. They even helped me retrieve a misplaced w-2.
