I refinanced my house for the first time and it went so smooth with no problems to my surprise. have heard from other people, that it was "such a pain", but I have to say, it really was a great experience for me.Everybody was very helpful, friendly, always open for questions. I was able to do everything via fax, text, e-mail or phone. And at the closing, they came to my house, how convenient.Thank you again for your help !

I was told that I was impossible from other lenders to get a loan for the house I wanted then I was referred to citiwide and they made everthing work to perfection.

Steve Byers was my lender and was the biggest help and support to me through this whole process, even during his family vacation. He was able to calmly and intelligently answer any and all of my questions, even keep me calm when I was freaking out! I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone for their home loan.

Working with Gavin Ekstrom's team made the whole loan and closing process smooth and easy. I was pretty much communicated with every day along the process until the closing date was set and that made me feel very important. The whole team made sure they explained the process to me and what kind of turn around time I needed to give them to ensure my closing date. I would recommend Gavin to any homebuyer I might come across.

I would recommend the Gavin Ekstrom Team to anyone! Scott Harshman and Shelley Smith were excellent at keeping me informed throughout the process. It was simple and painless - really, a mortgage that was simple and painless. The customer service provided by Citywide is outstanding - this was the fourth time I've gone through the mortgage process and nothing compares to the service I received from Citywide and Scott and Shelley. They are awesome!

My wife and I worked with Vince and Shelley to secure a home loan in order to purchase our first house. Vince found us a home loan that fit the unique requirements that we asked for. Vince and Shelley then stayed in contact with us throughout the entire application, appraisal, underwriting, and closing process. Going through the lending process isn't always the easiest, but Gavin's team made it as painless as possible. Everyone on the team was very responsive and great to work with. My loan moved along and closed as scheduled, they were always very kind and prompt on responses and they were very knowledgable about the whole process. I had no surprises at the closing table and would use them again.
