Excellent communication from Gavin's team in all areas. Brooke answered my phone calls and emails after hours and even while she was on vacation. Any correspondence was handled almost immediately and nothing lingered. I was able to go through the entire process and close on my new home in 3 weeks.

My experience with getting a mortgage through Citywide Home Loans was pretty smoothe and painless. My broker Scott Gereaux was always very responsive in returning calls or emails.

After hearing the horror stories of financing a new home, I was nervous heading into the purchase. It was probably one of the easiest things I've done. I was asked one time for all documents to get stared, never had to re-send anything. They even helped me retrieve a misplaced w-2. I refinanced my house for the first time and it went so smooth with no problems to my surprise. have heard from other people, that it was "such a pain", but I have to say, it really was a great experience for me.Everybody was very helpful, friendly, always open for questions. I was able to do everything via fax, text, e-mail or phone. And at the closing, they came to my house, how convenient.Thank you again for your help !

Steve Byers was my lender and was the biggest help and support to me through this whole process, even during his family vacation. He was able to calmly and intelligently answer any and all of my questions, even keep me calm when I was freaking out! I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone for their home loan.

Working with Gavin Ekstrom's team made the whole loan and closing process smooth and easy. I was pretty much communicated with every day along the process until the closing date was set and that made me feel very important. The whole team made sure they explained the process to me and what kind of turn around time I needed to give them to ensure my closing date. I would recommend Gavin to any homebuyer I might come across.
