Got my Cezanne Keratin Smonth Treatment with Molly but I did notice ZERO results. I believe Molly didn't follow the right way to apply it, specially with the iron process, she did it to fast I can't believe I lost $300 dollars with her. I got my hair layered by a stylist about two months ago, and was charged $70 for a really bad haircut and just didn't have the guts to complain or say I didn't like it. I didn't realize how bad it was until my hair started looking really scraggly at the ends, and then my usual stylist that I go to found a random chunk of hair that wasnt layered, but just randomly and bluntly cut. Went to get my waxing done. I'm transgender. I saw the look of distain when I met the esthetician. I put my hand out to shake hers she didn't even move. I was asked if I was a man them refused service. Won't be going back here. People are entitled to there opinions but if u work in customer service it's 2019 not 1960

This review is specifically for nail services. This was my first visit at this location. I was pretty disappointed with my experience. The tools/products at the nail station I was at seemed very dirty/unsanitary. I was a little grossed out by the tools and the unorganized station didn't make a great impression. This is my first time getting a balayage at a gene Juarez salon and I was pretty confident my hair would turn out the way I wanted it to turn out. I'm a regular customer at Gene Juarez and they have always been fabulous! However, I was less than satisfied with my appointment today. After a miscommunication with appointment times, I was placed with Camden instead of Molly who I was originally scheduled with. Well, made an appointment for 6pm today. Made it at 6 for a reason. Left work early to get to alderwood in time. Sat on my ass in the waiting room after "checking in" until 620. Left. No one said shit to me. I MADE MY APPOINTMENT AT SIX FOR A REASON. What incredibly poor customer service. No "your stylist is running behind and will be right out" or "would you like to reschedule"? Good job, Gene Juarez. Thank you for wasting my time and making me leave my job early for nothing. Never again.

I cried for days after my experience with Gene Juarez, and could barely handle facing my own reflection. Coming into this I was very excited and had anticipated this decision for years. Every time I go to the mall I see Gene and it's beautiful luxurious promising establishment. With all the positive reviews I had my heart set on the fact they wouldn't mess up my hair.
