The worst dental office ever. They literally forget about you and make you wait in the chair for an hour or so. I think it’s so they can bake you and then up sell you some stupid ortho or other stuff. I got so frustrated with the level of service, I moved to a different provider Like the other reviews, I only goto dental for only cleaning and I never have to pay out of pocket. I have been going to this dental office since the 90’s and I’m still a patient. My longtime dentist, Dr Edelman, an excellent dentist retired during Covid and Dr Ma who took over is an excellent replacement. Most of their staff have been there for many years and that says a lot to me. Their hygienist, Rey, is thorough, gentle and caring so you look forward to your next cleaning appointment with him. You will like the front and the back office staff, they are all friendly and nice.

I've come here for the past 5-10 years and I've needed dental work done, no problem. One of these dental works needed was a filling in an adult tooth. I recently went to another dentist on 2/28/25 who took X-rays and turns out THEY DID NOT REMOVE ALL OF THE CAVITY. I now need a root canal, or my tooth pulled entirely because they left the cavity under the filling. This cavity is now very close to the nerve. Please do not go here because they do a terrible job. I had a cleaning appt in Nov’24 which I realized I couldn’t attend. So, I called them in late Oct’24 to reschedule it to Dec’24. They didn’t reschedule but setup a new appt in Dec’24 and charged me a $50 no-show fee for missing the Nov’24 appt. This was ridiculous and I called them atleast 4 times, and I told them in-person too. They acknowledged they will take the charge down but they just didn’t do it and I keep on receiving email reminders and mails to pay them the late fee. Nobody picks up or returns the call. I have been trying to call them since a week. Luckily they did pick up the call once, but I was on hold for 35 minutes and they forgot about me. When I cut the call and tried calling back again nobody picked up again. They made me go between the Sunnyvale and this branch for billing. Both branches are horrible with Patient communication. I just want to clear my bill and never return to any Gentle Dental Clinics.
