I have been going to this dental office since the 90’s and I’m still a patient. My longtime dentist, Dr Edelman, an excellent dentist retired during Covid and Dr Ma who took over is an excellent replacement. Most of their staff have been there for many years and that says a lot to me. Their hygienist, Rey, is thorough, gentle and caring so you look forward to your next cleaning appointment with him. You will like the front and the back office staff, they are all friendly and nice.
The worst dental office ever. They literally forget about you and make you wait in the chair for an hour or so. I think it’s so they can bake you and then up sell you some stupid ortho or other stuff. I got so frustrated with the level of service, I moved to a different provider Like the other reviews, I only goto dental for only cleaning and I never have to pay out of pocket. I went in with a lot of pain for a root canal. I made the appointment at 9:30 am, but I saw the doctor at 10:25, after filling out my medical history myself. I clearly told the assistants that I was going for a root canal, but they were so dishonest that only after taking the x-rays so they could collect the money and making me lose an hour, they told me that I actually need a root canal but that they don't do it there. They used to do it but now they don't. Don't waste your time or your money.
I do love Rey ss my hygienist. Very professional and my teeth and gums have improved under his care. He is gentle and he also identified areas of concern that were contributing to pain and we are following a plan together with much benefit.
Good attention at first, but then I was charged full price for procedures that were supposed to be covered by insurance. After comparing with other places. I found this place way more expensive than others. Disappointing experience.
