Look no further for a caring, considerate and professional dentist team. From the warm and helpfulness from Sally, Leila, Virginia & Angie, to the brilliant expertise of Dr Ma, Dr Ray. I've just moved to the US from the UK and can't believe how much better the care here is.

Provide professional and excellent skills. Well inform for treatments. Good communication. Dr. Lo is very kind and patience. Her work is excellent. The office is very clean and pleasant. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They have an amazing team.

First visit at this location and looking forward to continuing care here! Rey (dental hygienist) is very informed and considerate. Dr. Ma is a straight shooter and emphasizes good habits. All of the ortho assistants and receptionist I encountered were kind.

I had a dental examination checkup this afternoon, Monday, June 17th, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. My dental exam was completed by Dr. Ma, who let me know that my lower left tooth was decaying. It was found to be infected, and it needs to be removed quickly before the infection spreads to my gums. I am aware that I made a wise decision to understand the condition of my teeth. I had dental work done here by Dr Ma and team. Par excellence. The whole team is so amazing. A huge shout out to Dr Ma for his exemplary work, Bina who took utmost care in assisting Dr Ma and Virginia the manager for dealing with the scheduling so promptly. If u have to have dental work then this is the place!

Gentle Dental McCarthy Ranch is by far an incredible office all around. My family has all gone to see Dr. Ma and Rey. My son had such a great experience and my daughter. Dr. Ma is extremely patient and does outstanding work. My son and daughter needed fillings and their teeth look great. I needed a couple of crowns and I am extremely nervous and the assistant Angie was so patient and kind and the temporary's stayed on and I had no issues.
