Gentle Dental McCarthy Ranch is the best. I don't know anyone that says they like going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my dentist visits. I have been going to them ever since it was Piedmont Hills Dental Center. I tried a different dentist once before and they could not compare. Ido Ralston, Ray, and the whole staff is amazing!
I've been going to this Gentle Dental ever since they opened. I still go there even though I moved 25 minutes away. The people there are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The office is clean and organized. I literally never had a bad experience. My dentist is Dr. Potts. He's an excellent dentist. He's very gentle when working on my teeth. Both my daughter & I come to Gentle Dental to see Dr. Edelman & Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Liaw, their staff does an exceptional job every visit. Both doctors are very thorough and I appreciate the fact that they are all so patient and do great work! Hands down the best dentist I've ever been treated by.
So after returning back to the office and preparing to start the hunt for a new dentist I was quickly reminded that I spent a week plus finding Dr. Ralston. I decided to reschedule. With in a day I was contacted by Sonja, the practice business manager, who listened to my recommendations for changes (ex calling patients if you have several emergency appointments arise). I love ALL the staff at gentle dental McCarthy ranch! They're so competent that I don't feel any pain!!!They take good care of my teeth and my GUMS! Supporting gum health keeps your teeth anchored! If you are searching for a dental office, look no further. I have been a patient ever since they were Piedmont Dental. Lets start by the lovely staff. All the ladies make you feel welcome. Always happy & outgoing. If money is an issue they have multiple payment options as well ( care credit, dental banc, insurance or out of pocket). I have to start off by mentioning how excited I am to have found this place and could not have asked for better timing. I had been suffering from an excruciating toothache and being unable to eat anything or sleep for 2 days straight, I finally bit the bullet and decided to seek out a dentist to pull the tooth. OK . . . you asked for it. I think these 'Reviews' are rigged. RIGGED! I mean . . . ONLY FIVE STARS!! How can the 'rating' have any real reflection of reality!?
