Friendly staff and pleasant environment. My boy has been going here since his first dental visit. I was planning to send my 2nd boy here as well, but I now have doubt in regards to their billing practices so we will be switching him to my family dentistry. I've been going to a private dentist for years and never had to pay a dime for all my services, my dentist even waived deductibles. I've been coming to this office for as long as I can remember. I love everyone there. My most recent visit was with their new dentist Dr.Isaacs, she was very thorough and helpful. It was the first dentist appt where someone explained to me what I was doing wrong with my teeth, why it happens and how to correct it. She really took the extra step to make sure I understood, I'm actually looking forward to my next appt!

I found Gentle Dental on Yelp and decided to give it a try due to all the positive reviews. I have two little boys that needed their first check-ups ever. I've been going to this office for more than 4 years. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any of my questions. They are pretty flexible so if you need to call last minute you can easily reschedule. I recommend this place!
After posting this, I received a call from the Office Manager at Gentle Dental McCarthy Ranch, expressing concern and offering to assist in remedying the situation. The Office Manager spoke with me at length regarding my experience during and after the visits, and spent considerable time strategizing solutions. She expressed apologies and was kind and professional. The Gentle Dental Office in Milpitas CA is by far the best dentistry establishment that I have ever been to in my life.
