Customer rep was fantastic. Customer “care” rep was frustrating and not helpful. Also, she was hard to understand.

My Sign Up Representative was Samuel. He was very good at explaining the different Rate Options with a clear voice. He took the time to explain any questions I had. I will refer anyone I know, etc to switch or start with Gexa Energy!
