My Sign Up Representative was Samuel. He was very good at explaining the different Rate Options with a clear voice. He took the time to explain any questions I had. I will refer anyone I know, etc to switch or start with Gexa Energy!

The representative I spoke was helpful I’m new to Texas from Florida. We only have one light company. She walked me through the different plan hopefully you guys are not that expensive.
