The call started well but at some point seemed like the agent was in a hurry in trying to end the call. I still had some questions but it was hard keeping him on the call. His hurry was such that when I interrupted him trying to end the call because I needed a letter of service sent to my email, he sent me four copies with someone else’s information. I’m a new customer so I really hope that the actual service isn’t this bad.

Alex C with Gexa was wonderful. I was looking for a new service set up because of a move and he went through the two best plans for our situation. He was informative, pleasant, patient -- he made it so very easy. And the plans are all green which makes me happy!
