great company
Gexa is a very good electric company. They have some really good programs. But when I put solar and I had to change to another company. Had it not been for that I would still be with them.
Easy to used
The app works, it does what it says it's supposed to do. I like that I can see my usage. Not saying that the other reviews are wrong, maybe it depends on your phone? But it works well for me, and considering my last provider didn't have an app at all, I'm pretty pleased. I will say the login is a bit slow, but it's nothing crazy.
App has massively improved from what it used to be. Easy to use and love that I get a notification when my bill is ready.
Great electric company for our home. With the app and with your email it keeps you up to date on your weekly usage. Love it !❤
Updated the app and it actually seems to work now instead of just redirecting you to the website. I'm cautiously optimistic.
