I was helped by Jonathan D., He did an awesome job at explaining the plans available. I forgot to ask about the solar option until the very end, and he went above and beyond to find an even better plan so I can take advantage of our new solar panels. He also explained how the buy back program worked with simple examples; very knowledgeable representative.
