app doesn't open and is very slow update 04/11/26 app doesn't not open and website will only let you look at bill after 5 times of login
problem im having i put email then password there's no button that says sign in or enter beneath to sign in so I guess ill have to use the browser
Gexa Energy are a bunch of crooks. They have lied about our monthly usage. We always fell short and lost our $115.00 credit for using 1000 kw per month. Even with proof that we had met the needed kws to get our credit, Gexa always refused. No More!!! If you can use this worthless app, make sure you keep track of your usage. We are switching to another company.
Just uninstall because doesn't take me to login page. then i reinstall still doesn't allow me to sign in through the app. been going on for months now

Gexa App will not work at all with my phone. It was good last week. Terrible.

this app appears to have quit working on Android. entering valid credentials results in nothing happening! used to work up until a few weeks ago. cleared cache/storage, deleted/reinstalled and no change.
