I had a nice experience, I spoke with Zafar today, However I called two other times and I received good customer each time I spoke with a representative, I look forward to doing business with Gexa Energy.

The customer service was very good. The request for a plan and sign up was fast.

My rep did a great job. The whole process was quick and easy.
Getting set up with Gexa was difficult. The customer service representatives were not helpful, and I had to call back multiple times to ensure that my electricity would be available when needed. The representative that initially signed me up (with the incorrect date) was not helpful in explaining the plan I was being signed up for, which included a smart thermostat (and seemed somewhat annoyed by my having questions).
