app no longer works. I can't log in and it won't accept my password. I deleted and reinstalled it, and now, it won't accept my email. it's been over a week.
The app doesn't do anything when trying to login. I've tried email, username and account number nothing works! 😤
When I first downloaded the app, I had no problem logging in to view my usage and pay my bill. However, within the past couple of weeks, I haven't been able to log in. The biometric feature doesn't work, and when I tried to request a new password, it didn't work either. It was like the app glitched or something. I couldn't get past the welcome screen. I uninstalled the app and installed it a couple of times to see if that would work, and it was still the same. I hope the issue is resolved soon!
The app keeps crashing and won't even open.
Gexa App will not work
I cannot enter my account name or password after using it a couple times, as the submit buttons do not work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I have Android 12 on an old Google pixel 3 XL.

I am unable to login even tho I know my password! I just keep showing the same page. so I decided to reset it...and the same thing. it just sits on the login page.
