The faceid/fingerprint doesn't work.

I would give 0 stars from me this place has cut my lights off every single month even tho there were payment arrangements already set ..they are untrue in the kwph charges and they r rude

app doesn't open and is very slow update 03/11/26 app doesn't not open and website will only let you look at bill after 5 times of login Another update04/13/26 still can't look at bill on website or app. needs fixed ASAP

it will sometimes refuse me picking a payment option (full bill, past due amount, or custom amount) resulting in me having to call customers service, this happens more often than not and is not at all convenient.
