Sophia was an outstanding representative! She has the patience of Jobe! I had many questions and even had to call back after finding out other information! Congratulations to Sophie for a great job! I have also spoken with Melissa on 8/24 and Juan on 8/25 when you system was down! Today Melissa followed up and left me a voice message that said the computer was working! I have been with GEXA over 15 yrs and have always been quite pleased with the services provided. Their customer service is second to none! I just renewed for another 3 yrs and the rates, explanations, and possible solar transition is hands above the competitor's offers. The representative (Irene) who helped today was so went above and beyond, so pleasant, knowledgeable! Breath of fresh air these days!! Can not brag on this company enough!! Thank you GEXA!

After searching all day for an electric company to use during my move to Corpus, Alex C. helped me find the right plan and it was all so easy. He was polite and professional. I was a pleasant surprise after all the trouble I went through.
The agent assisting went above and beyond. As much as taking his time to calculate various amounts making it more understandable.
Sales Rep Johnathon D was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right plan for me. I am elderly, he was fun, knowledgeable, & patient with me. Gexa Energy is fortunate to have him.
I'm giving Alex 5 stars with the trust my contract renewal and better plan of higher KW does NOT cost me more during Fall through Spring. We discussed it and he appeared very knowledgeable and professional. He made my experience seamless.
