WORKS AS DESCRIBED. I am amazed that such a simple mouthpiece works as it should. Without this mouthpiece I have terrible apnea waking up panting and gasping for breath. With the mouthpiece I do not have any apnea episodes. Takes a bit of practice and is somewhat awkward at first but after a week I could not see myself going to sleep without it. Very ingenious device, so simple but so effective.

What a difference this makes I previously used an appliance made at the dentist's office that held my lower jaw forward a bit. This appliance was expensive, $800+, caused occasional jaw hinge irritation, and after 4 years appears to be the cause of 2 teeth loosening. Try it! It might just be the cure for you! I have been using this device for about 1 1/2 years now and it makes a HUGE difference. My Boyfriend used to always wake me up at night concerned that I wasn't getting enough air, snorting and snoring like crazy. I tried one of those mouth-guard type devices and my mouth is just way too small to find one to fit. Wife saver I tried a mouthguard that stopped my snoring but loosened my teeth and hurt my jaw. While this product hurts my gums slightly, it's an absolutely ingenious device. My wife had moved to the guest room as she could hear my snoring through ear plugs. We now sleep together each night and wake rested and full of energy. I am a back sleeper and this device is perfect for me. I'm not sure how well it would work for a side or stomach sleeper as I wonder if the seal would be affected by contact with the pillow. Excellent Product I did tons of research before buying this product, and it did not disappoint. The mouthpiece looks a bit odd in the mouth but is comfortable enough to wear all night long. Most importantly, it has reduced my epic snoring to a mild purr. Excellent product.
