Wife saver I tried a mouthguard that stopped my snoring but loosened my teeth and hurt my jaw. While this product hurts my gums slightly, it's an absolutely ingenious device. My wife had moved to the guest room as she could hear my snoring through ear plugs. We now sleep together each night and wake rested and full of energy. Excellent Product I did tons of research before buying this product, and it did not disappoint. The mouthpiece looks a bit odd in the mouth but is comfortable enough to wear all night long. Most importantly, it has reduced my epic snoring to a mild purr. Excellent product.

Amazingly simple, very effective. I tried C-PAP for two miserable years,every mask and chin strap I could find. Then I had a custom made mouthpiece made-it was bulky and ineffective. I tried nasal strips, gargles, nasal inserts, but nothing was effective. I finally ran across the SS Tongue Displacement Mouthpiece. very satisfied I had tried other products but this is by far the most effective & comfortable one. I've been using it for about a year and my husband says it works. I sleep better & don't have dry mouth in the morning. It makes my gums a little sore and certainly is not sexy, but at least my husband can sleep with me. The price seems high at first for a little piece of plastic or rubber, but it is worth the benefits it provides. I'll be ordering another one soon.
Well worth it I have been using the product for almost a year and it has worked quite well.It has reduce the sound of my snoring and I sleep better and wake up refreshed. One of the things I like about this product it has stopped me from waking up with dry mouth and soreness in my throat from being dry. I didn't expect it would solve that problem and it did since you dont breath through your mouth. I would recommend this product to everyone who snores.

As they say - be patient My wife says this device is brilliant. It does take some time before it feels natural. I wish I had read the instructions properly to begin, as they suggest wearing it for 10 minutes at a time during the day to get used to it. The main thing is to learn a different way of swallowing with your tongue pulled forward and to gradually condition your gums. Easy to use and works My wife is a doctor and suggested a mandibular splint for my snoring/apnoea. I found this product and thought it looked smaller and more comfortable. I purchased this and have noticed a massive difference. I wake up refreshed, have stopped snoring and the best bit is that I can take it anywhere because it is so small! It took a few nights to get used to it, but if you persist it is worth it!
