Well worth it I have been using the product for almost a year and it has worked quite well.It has reduce the sound of my snoring and I sleep better and wake up refreshed. One of the things I like about this product it has stopped me from waking up with dry mouth and soreness in my throat from being dry. I didn't expect it would solve that problem and it did since you dont breath through your mouth. I would recommend this product to everyone who snores.
great product This product works wonders. I sleep better and my husband does too. I would recommend it to anyone who has a snoring problem. My husband says it has made a world of difference. The mouthpiece is comfortable and not difficult to use.
As they say - be patient My wife says this device is brilliant. It does take some time before it feels natural. I wish I had read the instructions properly to begin, as they suggest wearing it for 10 minutes at a time during the day to get used to it. The main thing is to learn a different way of swallowing with your tongue pulled forward and to gradually condition your gums. Easy to use and works My wife is a doctor and suggested a mandibular splint for my snoring/apnoea. I found this product and thought it looked smaller and more comfortable. I purchased this and have noticed a massive difference. I wake up refreshed, have stopped snoring and the best bit is that I can take it anywhere because it is so small! It took a few nights to get used to it, but if you persist it is worth it!
A little piece of heaven Once using this product properly (after about 6 weeks) it does work and your body does get use to it. I had a little glitch in that it didn't pull my tongue forward enough. I experimented a bit and found a solution. I leave the whole product outside my mouth and stick my tongue out into the product. The rest sucks to my lips and around my mouth to create a suction that keeps it in place. It does pop off more then I want with this new solution, but overall, it silences my snoring while it is attached ... read more

Finally something that works! To say that I have tried almost everything would be an under statement. From, pills to pillows, chin straps to mouth pieces...all to no avail. I admit that I was a bit leery about purchasing Good Morning Snore, but my concerns quickly dissolved. I have a very active gag reflex and the mouth pieces were a disaster for me. It works! I have moderate sleep apnea and have to travel a lot for work. I thought I'd give this a try so that I don't have to lug the cpap machine around and it actually works! I still use the cpap at home, but on the road I just bring this along and get a great night's sleep....
