Simple but Effective I've tried several of the jaw thrust mouthpieces but they caused severe jaw pain. This device pulls your tongue out of your throat just enough to open your airway and reduce, if not eliminate, snoring. Obviously, this is most appropriate for light snorers. Snore Solution Mouthpiece a little piece of plastic. This has been an effective product as I snore heavily and without it I do not get proper rest. I am on my second one as the first disappeared (Dog ate it?) and I missed it greatly. I finally got around to buying a replacement and I feel better in the mornings. I do have the tendency to excrete more saliva with the device holding my tongue. Excellent product! After a year of using this product I can attest that it has saved my marriage, dramatically improved my sleep, and since I now sleep with my mouth closed I no longer wake up with a dry mouth and a sore throat!
It works! I have moderate sleep apnea and have to travel a lot for work. I thought I'd give this a try so that I don't have to lug the cpap machine around and it actually works! I still use the cpap at home, but on the road I just bring this along and get a great night's sleep....
This one really works !!!! I have tried probably 6 or 7 different mouth piece type snoring devices and this is the only one that has worked the best out of the ones Ive tried > It makes perfect sense that it pulls the tongue forward thus leaving more room in the back of the throat keeping the airway less restricted !!! Works for me!...except.... This product works for me!! Before using this product I was an open mouth breather while sleeping, breathing only through my mouth was causing the snoring. I have tried other mouthpieces that didn't help. I used this product as instructed, but my tongue would sort of suck the air out of the tongue "holder" and cause pain, soreness, swelling.
