Finally something that works! To say that I have tried almost everything would be an under statement. From, pills to pillows, chin straps to mouth pieces...all to no avail. I admit that I was a bit leery about purchasing Good Morning Snore, but my concerns quickly dissolved. I have a very active gag reflex and the mouth pieces were a disaster for me. It works! I have moderate sleep apnea and have to travel a lot for work. I thought I'd give this a try so that I don't have to lug the cpap machine around and it actually works! I still use the cpap at home, but on the road I just bring this along and get a great night's sleep....

A little piece of heaven Once using this product properly (after about 6 weeks) it does work and your body does get use to it. I had a little glitch in that it didn't pull my tongue forward enough. I experimented a bit and found a solution. I leave the whole product outside my mouth and stick my tongue out into the product. The rest sucks to my lips and around my mouth to create a suction that keeps it in place. It does pop off more then I want with this new solution, but overall, it silences my snoring while it is attached ... read more

Helping with snoring and morning headaches. I snore very loudly, however am not overweight, sleep on my side and not a mouth breather. I was waking with morning headaches frequently, even becoming nauseous. I decided to try a mouthpiece and didn't like the hard plastic type. This mouthpiece definitely has helped. It took some getting used to wearing. Sore gums on my lower teeth but that finally went away. Excellent ! Really does work Works very well. I am a young male, 79 kg (180 lbs), healthy, fit, eat well, don't drink, don't smoke, but I snore like mad. Ordered this thing, it came quickly, and while it took a couple nights to get used to, it works very well ! The only time I snore now is if I am laying on my back, even then, I often don't snore with this device. OMG IT TOTALLY WORKS! After trying several "solutions" to my snoring problem, I was so unhappy that nothing really worked. Then I read about Good Morning Snore Solution and the way it works. It made total sense to pull the tongue forward to stop the snoring caused by the narrowed air passage in the throat. It took some getting used to but it totally works for me! It WORKS!! I have tried other devices and each one had drawbacks that led me to abandon them. The chin strap was too tight and made me sweat, the one to make my jaw move forward was uncomfortable. Another tongue device (although it worked) caused irritation of the frenulum (the skin connector under your tongue). This tongue displacement device is the least invasive and works wonderfully well for my type of snoring (tongue dropping into my throat). Effective solution to snoring and mild sleep apnea I have been using this product for about four months now and am very satisfied. It does take about two weeks to get used to sleeping with it in your mouth, but after this period I have found that I am actually sleeping better while using the product. I attribute this to a reduction in mild sleep apnea. Most importantly, my wife reports a significant reduction in my snoring which means that she is now sleeping better too.
