OMG IT TOTALLY WORKS! After trying several "solutions" to my snoring problem, I was so unhappy that nothing really worked. Then I read about Good Morning Snore Solution and the way it works. A little piece of heaven Once using this product properly (after about 6 weeks) it does work and your body does get use to it. I had a little glitch in that it didn't pull my tongue forward enough. I experimented a bit and found a solution. I leave the whole product outside my mouth and stick my tongue out into the product. The rest sucks to my lips and around my mouth to create a suction that keeps it in place. It WORKS!! I have tried other devices and each one had drawbacks that led me to abandon them. The chin strap was too tight and made me sweat, the one to make my jaw move forward was uncomfortable. Another tongue device (although it worked) caused irritation of the frenulum (the skin connector under your tongue). Effective solution to snoring and mild sleep apnea I have been using this product for about four months now and am very satisfied. It does take about two weeks to get used to sleeping with it in your mouth, but after this period I have found that I am actually sleeping better while using the product. I attribute this to a reduction in mild sleep apnea. Most importantly, my wife reports a significant reduction in my snoring which means that she is now sleeping better too. It basically works for me! However, you have to get used to it and the main reason for your snoring has to be your tongue relaxing during sleep and thus narrowing your throat. My snoring hasn't disappeared completely but it seems to be much better and less noisy. And it has been mentioned before - quite costly for a small piece of soft plastic...
It works! I was surprised that it actually worked and was quite comfortable. I had been looking for something that I could take on trips easily as well as use at home. This was it! I just wish the price was a little lower.
Goodmorning Snore Device It took a couple of months to get used to the device. There were sore gums and excess saliva to begin with however with persistence these problems settled down and I can now leave the device in all night. The tongue can slip out of position occaisionally but overall it is a very good product and does reduce snoring dramatically.

Snore Solution Mouthpiece a little piece of plastic. This has been an effective product as I snore heavily and without it I do not get proper rest. I am on my second one as the first disappeared (Dog ate it?) and I missed it greatly. I finally got around to buying a replacement and I feel better in the mornings.
