This is an easy-to-use device that appears to be reducing my snoring. However, sometimes (during sleep) my tongue slips out of the suction bulb that's supposed to hold the tip of the tongue in place, and there have been times when the whole device slips entirely out of my month while sleeping. I guess I have to spend a little more time getting used to it. It's somewhat pricey for such a small, simple device. I paid about $180CDN for it, including shipping, handling, taxes and a container. The guard really works and prevents snoring It also prevents me from grinding my teeth which leaves my jaw less tense in the morning. A great device and I am recommending it to all my friends who snore.

This product has worked very well for me. No more snoring, and I feel much more rested and clear headed in the morning. Fewer migraine headaches as well. The only minor annoyance is that the edges of the unit are cut square, rather than rounded, and they tend to irritate my gums. If the unit were to be trimmed in a rounded fashion, I think it would be perfect.

Sometimes the tongue slipped back and does not hold in place.
