This product has worked very well for me. No more snoring, and I feel much more rested and clear headed in the morning. Fewer migraine headaches as well. The only minor annoyance is that the edges of the unit are cut square, rather than rounded, and they tend to irritate my gums. If the unit were to be trimmed in a rounded fashion, I think it would be perfect.

Sometimes the tongue slipped back and does not hold in place.

I tried other devices to some degree of success, but none worked nearly as well as my Good Morning Snore Solution. Not only is it more effective but it does not cause some other problems such as changing your bite over a period of time. I find that not only does my wife experience a better sleep, but I also do

Sometimes the suction on my tongue is too much and I wake up having to adjust and go back to sleep. Other nights my tongue does not stay captured but the mouthpiece keeps me from mouth breathing and that prevents snoring anyway. My wife doesn't complain anymore and I have gotten used to the device.
