Tried the mouthguard style and returned it because it hurt my teeth. Good morning snore stop worked from the first day and was more comfortable than I thought it could be. Sometimes the suction on my tongue is too much and I wake up having to adjust and go back to sleep. After using this product, it wasn't too bad when you feel like your lower jaw has been pulled forward but nonetheless, there is still snoring concluded when using the product according to the significant other. They still hear the less loud snore but still a more quiet snore. I wish this product can stop it overall.

Honestly, I love using this oral device over my CPAP machine for I feel like I'm having better and more quality REM stage during my sleep. When I travel for the weekend, I bring this mouth piece and don't bother to pack the CPAP.
