I have had and tried many treatments for snoring including surgery and this device is the only one that has offered a permanent snoring solution. It takes a week to get used to but after that you don't even think about it's presence. I also think I get a better sleep and wake up fresher in the morning. I would recommend it to anyone with this issue.
