Otto and I recently moved to the Upper West Side and had our first visit with Dr Bonnie Brown at Gotham Veterinary Center. We loved it. They have a great location, clean and bright. The staff we're very professional and friendly. And Dr. Brown was just great :) Also, the fees are quite reasonable, especially if you're used to downtown prices. Five stars to Dr Brown, the staff, and Gotham Veterinary-Thanks guys!!

Dr. Brown is everything I hoped she would be, more actually!! Smart, dedicated, devoted, kind and loving! I know my Jackson is in the best hands. The entire staff at Gotham is friendly and helpful! The prices are reasonable! I feel so relieved in knowing I have a good solid vet for my furbaby!! THANK YOU DR. BROWN!!

Our cats have seen multiple doctors (Brown, Kahn, Dominguez, Carvalho?) at Gotham vet. Excellent service, friendly, personable. As other reviewers have pointed out, they're true animal lovers. The doctors always greet our cats and handle them with great care. We've always felt like our furry children are in great hands. Our cats, including anxiety-prone Tony, have never hissed at the doctors, unlike how they've responded to our previous vet. I've been going to Gotham Vet since I moved to NY almost 3 years ago, starting with our older dog, and now our young puppy. Everything about Gotham vet is great. The service when you arrive, the expertise of the doctors, and the surgery. Our older dog had two teeth removed by Dr. Dominguez. She was amazing. Not only do they explain everything, they give you a little folder of pictures of your dog, xrays, before and after photos. It's all top notch. If there were a 6th star to give them I would. From the front desk to the techs, the staff is amazing. Dr Kahn could not be a more compassionate, caring and professional doctor. If you are not taking your pets to this clinic, you are making a mistake. We have moved from the UWS to Brooklyn and STILL make the trip. They are that good.

I love this place. I had been looking for a new vet in the area. My dog had a minor emergency (swallowed part of a toothbrush)...I called Gotham and even though I had never been in before they scheduled me for an immediate appointment. The staff - front desk, techs, and the Dr - all treated my dog like royalty. And the cost was very reasonable. I am so glad to have found Gotham.

Dr. Kahn and the team at Gotham are awesome. The techs and front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. We only go in every so often and they always remember us and my dog's name. Dr. Kahn is really personable and totally tolerated my entire family cramming into the exam room for the puppy's first visit. I never feel rushed - Dr. Kahn always answers all our questions. I've been taking all my animals - dogs and cats - to see Dr. Brown for 12 years. She's the best vet I've ever dealt with. She's very caring, professional and really knows her stuff. The office staff is wonderful, too. I can't recommend Gotham Vet enough!
