I recently took my 2 cats to GV and was really impressed with it! The space is clean, well-lit and calm. The receptionists and nurses are very sweet and accommodating. I've seen Dr. Kahn twice and she was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I've heard wonderful things about Dr. Brown as well. Happy to have found a great vet in NYC.

We are so happy with Dr Kahn and the whole staff! Our first appointment they were all so kind and welcoming, Dr Kahn made sure our puppy was well taken care of and fed her treats while she did the examination. This facility is clean, professional, kind and extremely well run. We are so happy to have discovered it! Dr Kahn took her time, answered all of our questions and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. They spoke kindly to our puppy and we feel certain she is in excellent hands.

My chihuahua has been cared for by Dr. Brown since she was a puppy. (Previously at City Vets). Dr. Brown is extremely caring with my dog, and always takes time to make sure I understand the treatment and options available for my dog's care. Her staff is very knowledgeable and professional, and the office has a much calmer environment than City Vets did. I've lived in many places around this country and have visited many vets but nobody beats Gotham Veterinary Center. I want to specifically thank Dr. Kahn for taking care of two of my cats (one with special needs who she was incredible with) when they needed vet care. Dr. Kahn's diagnosis was spot on and the treatment plan had my fur babies better in no time. Not only that, Dr. Kahn stayed after hours with my cat doing tests and I didn't even feel rushed! I am SO happy with Gotham!!! I recently moved to NYC from the West Coast and my precious cat woke up very sick today. My brother uses Dr. Kahn for his dog so I immediately called Gotham and requested to see Dr. Kahn. The doctor was able to see us immediately! The office is very clean and everyone was very nice. More importantly, I feel like my cat got excellent care. Dr. Kahn was so thorough with her exam and spent with us as I needed her to in order to get my questions answered. I started taking my new dog to Dr. Bonnie Brown as a recommendation, after having a terrible experience with Dr. Kaplan from City Vet Care. Dr. Brown was so amazingly honest, caring, and thorough, when explaining procedures to me, that even though she's moved further away from where I live, it's worth it to continue having my pets taken care of by the best.

This is the place to take your pets. Dr. Brown is the best vet I've ever found. She's thorough, patient and loving with her patients, and they respond. And the staff is lovely too. They spend whatever time is necessary to educate you about your pet's needs and to reassure you if you need reassuring. You have the feeling that everyone there loves animals and really cares that they get the right treatment. And less is more. A very sensible approach to medicine. But I'll probably never brush my cats' teeth.

My dog developed epilepsy and we all know how scary something like that can be. I researched vets throughout the city and decided on Bonnie Brown at Gotham after speaking with many people. I must say, she is everything I imagined and hoped for. She actually cares for each dog, spends quite a bit of time, and is there to answer any and all questions. Gotham Vet Center is a fantastic hospital. From the amazing design of the clinic to the wonderfully helpful and considerate support staff. But of course, it's all about the vet. And Dr. Bonnie Brown is tops. Everything already said here and more. I cannot emphasize enough the compassion she has for both the companion animals in her care and the owners who bring them to her.
