The staff is very friendly. Waiting time is minimal, and most important of all the vets are terrific. My regular is Dr. Carbonell and she is excellent. Listens with patience and attentiveness and you can see that she really cares for animals.
I highly recommend this Veterinary Center. The doctors and assistants are wonderful. In fact, the entire staff are tops. They always keep my dogs healthy and happy. Thanks Gotham Veterinary Center !
I've been a client at Gotham for three and a half years now and I have found them to provide excellent veterinary care and to be consistently compassionate and responsive. Drs. Carbonell and Davis have tended to two of our cats: Fred, who was 19 when Dr. Davis helped us through his end of life, and now Fredeux, who we adopted through Gotham. Veterinary medicine is challenging and in my experience this practice is among the best out there.
I can't say enough how wonderful my experience was with Dr Carbonell!! I went for a routine visit and I was so happy with the experience. From the moment I checked in, all of the staff was extremely nice. They were so gentle with my cat and I would highly recommend Gotham to all of my friends!!
Update to my earlier review. My concerns have been addressed. Happy with the top-notch care my dog is getting. She's critically ill - and want to especially thank the front desk ppl for their support - so important when you have a distraught pet owner. Thanks!
All is still good after all these years. We have great continuity of care with Dr. Carbonell, who has been Max's "PCP" since the beginning. Max got great care during a two-night stay for hemorrhagic gastroenteritis about a month ago, and then yesterday when I brought him in for what turned out to be a bee sting. Both emergencies, one serious and one more minor. Dr. Brown has been wonderful from years ago. I trust her judgement on my beloved pets. She's very best of the bests. :)
I love this veterinary center. Dr Shapard was knowledgeable and kind. They did everything to make my dog comfortable. The front desk staff is also friendly. I highly recommend this place.
The vets here really care about my cats. They are knowledgeable and take the time to answer all of my questions. I'm so glad I found them!
