Gotham is a great place. Dr. Davis has taken very good care of our cat. The center is well equipped to treat complicated cases. The office staff and nurses are friendly, and we never have trouble getting an appointment. I highly recommend Gotham and Dr. Davis!

Absolutely the best veterinary care in NYC!! I've been a patient, ( well my cats , my many cats) have been patients of Dr. Bonnie Brown for over 15 years. In the past few years we've also seen Dr. Cristina Carbonelle. Both excellent vet's... the have my trust 100%.I'm never overcharged or coerced into draining my budget but given sound medical analysis as well as love& compassion for all !
Perfect place for all upper west side pets! Have been going here for the last 3 years. The front desk staff is not always the friendliest (classic New York ) but the veterinarians are outstanding. Dr. Jacobs in particular is a delight. The facilities are clean & bright. The walls are covered with whimsical paintings of dogs sitting at a cafe or eating croissants, so that's a fun touch.
My dog and I have really enjoyed our experiences with this place. The receptionists are responsive, efficient, and kind. Dr. Davis is great - she's direct, clear, and gives space for informed decision-making. They are punctual with appointment times, and straightforward with costs. They do skew a little more expensive than other vets in the area, but I've found it worth the ease and confidence I feel bringing my dog here.
I've taken all my dogs to GOTHAM from the time they opened. The front desk is welcoming & efficient. I've had appointments with a few of the vets on staff with nothing less than stellar service from knowledgeable professionals. My pets are thoroughly checked/ assessed and the tech staff are a terrific help and backup as well. I highly recommend GOTHAM without any hesitation!
Gotham Veterinary Clinic is wonderful. Specifically Dr. Bonnie Brown is awesome. She saved our Westie's life three years ago. She has excellent diagnostic skills and is not an alarmist. We are so greatful for Dr Brown and Gotham.
What a great experience every time!!! I have found the perfect place to bring are dogs the staff is always very polite courteous and kind. I've had all good experiences at Gotham Vet. Bonnie is among the best Vets in town. They respond quickly and are extremely helpful when asked to pull up past records or fax things to doggy day care, etc. unlike many other operations, they give you choices when your pet is sick. From the most conservative to the most aggressive, they let you know what your options are so that you can make the best choice for your furry family member.
