Made a deal with the dealership in writing and while on my way to pick up the new truck was told they aren't going to honor the deal they made. Waiting to show their other customers what they are dealing with! And Waiting for someone with authority to return a call.

I bought an used 2018 Ford Expedition for my wife’s birthday. My wife is 9 months pregnant and can’t travel the 1 hour drive to the dealership. When I got home with the vehicle I had to detail the vehicle again due to all the trash, stuck candy, chips, etc. throughout the whole car. Grand Prairie Ford is a very shady dealership. After carefully negotiating a proposal with a payment and signed contract, the dealer found every excuse to encourage my son to leave the car behind for maintenance. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle the following day, The dealer stated I needed a co-signer. Before completing the call with my co-signer , I was told that the car was sold . Advertised price was 3k less than the official quote when i asked about vehicle (not including tax of course). We were working out a deal and negotiating with sales rep (Ivan) when he suddenly went silent for almost 24 hours and then came back and said car was sold. We were never told anyone else was looking at it. Not sure if i believe him or not but avoid this shady dealership.

I went in to buy a new car and trade my 2020 Explorer which is loaded. They offered me 28k for it. KBBa values it at 37k plus they wanted to add 15k over sticker price on a new Mach-e. Bunch of thieves. This is why people don’t like car salesmen.

My family has bought multiple vehicles with Jackie. He is straightforward and honest. Jackie has repeatedly helped us work deals on new and used vehicles. I cannot say the same about his management. While Jackie continually works for the customer, his management makes his job significantly harder by being hard to work with and stubborn. Tried to work with Danny, but he never answered a single email from me. He sent me the orginal “thanks for contacting us, how can we help” email and then when I replied 4 times over 4 days he never replied. About a week later, he sends me a “look at our specials and are you still in the market” general cut and paste email to which I told him “yes I’m still trying to buy a truck”. After that he still never replied to me after several more emails. Ali ever got were prewritten newsletter emails from him, zero actual help.

I purchased a Ford truck from this Dealership in 2017. I called to make an appointment to get it serviced under warranty because I was hearing grinding noise coming from the front Drivers side wheel (not the brakes). I drove 60 miles passing many Ford Dealerships along the way. My Service Advisor tells me it will 7-10 Business days before they get to diagnose it. Mr. Harris was initially a pleasure to work with. However, after a discrepancy between what he told me and my final contract, I have not heard from him, the GM I’ve emailed, and the customer service rep. I recommend keeping every little sheet they have you sign, that was my mistake.
