This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the finance guy, Arturo, that changed his friendly attitude to be very dismissive of myself and my dad after we kindly made it clear we didn't want to purchase his extended warranty. It was disappointing because everything was great until that point. Worst Dealership I've Ever Dealt With Absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman lied, was completely incompetent, tried pushing his side business on us. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and then we traveled 6 hours to pick it up. Once we got there, they added $1,300 as a "care package". Unethical Sales tactics I found a truck on Cars.com from Grand Prairie Ford. The vehicle is listed at one price, but when you get to the dealership its $15,000 more. This is misleading sales tactics. They should remove ads they cant honor. I drove over 2 hours to work on a deal I was completely misguided on. Very unethical sales.

Lowball trade in, and not matching their advertised price Beware of them not matching their advertised price. First, they low balled me on my trade, but I didn't really care about that. What really hacked me off - is the had a price advertised online for new car, at 0% interest with Ford, and refused to match it. I have exceptional credit, and make a great income - heck I could pay cash for the car and not even blink - so they have no excuse there like they would with some buyers. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Reagan is horrible. They only deal with you by phone It's 2019, and this dealership will not get you any real quote, unless you speak to them over the phone. Hello, this is 2019, who doesn't want to purchase a car 100% online?!?!?!

I would Not recommended them If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere, I absolutely would. Don’t expect them to Do much or follow through with promises. Overall just go somewhere else. It’s not worth the trouble.
Used care sales is horrible We live in Midland TX and had a horrible hail storm which resulted in my 21 year old daughters car being totaled. Saturday Blues We got to the dealership at 10:45 for our 11 o'clock appointment with Jackie. He was with another customer so we waited for about 20 minutes before he was able to show us a vehicle.
