Great place to buy a truck Wife and I bought a new F150 from these guys and felt compelled to let the rest of the truck buying community how easy they are to deal with. My wife and I bought a F150 truck from this dealership over the weekend and could not be happier with the service we received. We were given a copy of the carfax without asking or having to pay extra for it and we are loving our new F150. What made the experience so much better was we got to work with a sales man named Andy who is all the way from New Zealand. He was very easy to work with, honest and made the buying process very enjoyable.
I recently purchased a new F150 from this dealership and was very satisfied with my buying experience from beginning to end. I spent several days researching the truck I wanted, and searching the web for the best deals and all searches lead me to GP Ford. I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and am very pleased with the overall experience. All personnel I dealt with; from salesman, sales manager and finance department, were professional and courteous. Outstanding customer service on the new F150 that we purchased through Grand Prairie Ford. The sales staff was very helpful in the new car orientation. Will definitely go back for next vehicle purchase. Did I mention that the service was outstanding?!

I went to GP Ford to look at a car I found on their website. I was excited to find out that they're open until Midnight since I had after work and had my daughter with me. Plus, the dealership is pretty centrally located to Dallas or FW. From the time when I first arrived to after I purchased the vehicle I had a great experience. Service Department is crap! Their car wash left scratches all over my hood & GM denied RESPONSIBILITY! Don’t service here go anywhere else they are terrible!

This time I am not too satisfied. Some issues after repairs. Parts broken after the repairs. Not all requested work was done.
