It's difficult to establish a relationship with a dealership that's based on trust and these people are FAR from trustworthy. Be careful! Service manager Melissa tried to get me to say I had Excellent service on my Ford 2006 in exchange for refund of $205. I showed up on 2/6/2021; since I put only “good” I did not get my refund promised. You can’t cover up what happened with poor service. Unfortunately the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, if I were to list all the issues I would write a book. They did not used my approval letter with BoFA, they financed with another bank without my knowledge, they did not explain what happened, they do not treat me with respect, I paid almost $2000 in an extended warranty with Ford and today I found out that the guarantee does not exist. Do yourself a favor and ask for Jackie by name. He is awesome. They had great prices, but the other employees I had to interact with really make it a zero sum game. I guess there are strengths and weaknesses at all dealerships, but the customer service at Grand Prairie Ford is inadequate at best. If they have a good price, proceed with caution. If their prices are the same as another dealer, avoid this place like it’s COVID-19.
Pretty disappointing experience. Tried to buy 3 different trucks at advertised price only to find its just a bait and switch operation. They also tried to pull the "cant find your keys" game while they work their cheesy rookie sales guy routine. Don't waste your time here!
UNPROFESSIONAL Let me just start off with how RUDE everyone at this dealership is. Parts Manager is not easy to work with I'm currently driving a ford with a broken AC. I'm calling various Ford Dealers to get the part knowing they had multiple in stock and I am out of state just trying to get a part. Still would not release the part and would rather I drive around in 100 degree weather than help to get my vehicle fixed. Will let all my friends in DFW to stay away from Grand Praire ford because of lack of parts department Service.
All was great until finance. I felt really pushed to buy warranty. I would have appreciated time to decide, at least 3days. Finance guy seemed very unfriendly once he realized we would not buy the warranty. They tried to send in a closer but that made the experience much more frustrating at this point I no longer wanted the car. The pressure was just overboard.
