Worst experience I ever had with service. . I brought my car in For recall service and my car came out with more issues than when I brought it in with. The service manager Melissa was blaming us saying it happen after we took the car when we called the next day and they set the appointment 4 days later

$2100 and some change to fix air condition not fix it then charge me $600 and some change did not fix it and want me to bring it back a third time crooks act very unconcerned
Trying to work a deal. Not only did they low ball my trade but tried to tell me there is a $5000 addendum on the vehicle I wanted. When I told them I’m not paying a cent over msrp the car miraculously gets sold to another party. Stay away from this dealership!!
The worst service never going back to this place. I wouldn't recommended to any one

Upon inquiry, F350 was on order and not in stock as advertised. Sales manager called later and said the price was $10K over MSRP which was also $10K over the advertised price. False advertising. False advertising.
Apparently you pre-order your Bronco months and months in advance, just to have this dealership auction off your custom build order to the highest bidder. Scam dealership
My father and I walked in and treated wonderfully. Ricardo took some time to get a know us on a personal level. However when we went out for a test drive Ricardo decided to show us that everything on the truck was in great shape, by using extreme measures. He got up to 70 mph just before a light before slamming on the breaks to show they still in great shape. Before making a U-turn into a parking lot. Tried to get a car customized with Max. What a ridiculous experience. All he had to do was be honest. #Storytime. Apparently Ford was no longer offering the configuration that I was looking for. Instead of explaining that to me and letting me know my other options, he told me he could make it happen. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and say he probably did believe that he could get what I was after at that time.
