Jackie Mercer was assigned to assist Dee in the sales experience, as she is new. He was rude, impatient, checked his phone, followed up on other leads, and had no interest in assisting us. Dee was amazing, apologized and worked hard to find us the right fit. I would not recommend Jackie Mercer. I was very disappointed and quite upset at the lack of respect and customer service. My Young children treat others with more respect than he did. I will refer others to Grand Prairie Ford to work with Dee and the management team.

Poor customer service and professionalism After finding several 2017 Ford Escape Titanium vehicles online to look at, we verified they were still on the lot and traveled 65 miles to try them out. We spent a total amount of 4 hours on the lot after finding the one we were ready to purchase, worked out the final cost and warranty/service details (we were paying cash), we were all set. People were very nice to work with. You would think, tho, when someone pays $35k for a car that they would fill the tank up.

Make sure they actually did the service you paid them to do I am a regular customer to this Ford Dealer and I am quite disappointed in the quality of service they provide. I took my vehicle to the dealer to get an oil/filter change, tire rotation, quick inspection, and a recall repair service done. Upon receiving my vehicle I immediately noticed that my tires had not been rotated. technician left oil line loose took my truck for ac service on 3/2/20 for ac work, truck was still under warranty. Got a call that following thursday that they found the leak coming out the condenser area. Picked up the truck that friday evening almost around closing time (6pm) drove back home about 20 mins away from dealership, truck lost all power and started knocking on freeway, found oil all over engine bay and a loose oil line disconnected, managed to roll it safely to service road. Reyna was a great in used sales, but unfortunately our financing didn’t go well as we were forced into a 5k dollar extended warranty we didn’t want and were told the following morning the warranty could be canceled but our loan was already submitted.
