When you quote a price - honor it Make sure you ask if there are any hidden charges for what inventory they list online. There were. We asked and were told this would be worked out. It wasn't. They added near $1000 to price due to CPO that wasn't advertised. Upon further conversation we were told they wouldn't charge it but wouldn't add the warranty. Ok fair nuff... agreed upon. Bad Experience, Would Give No Star If Possible First, they claim that the truck that was still listed on their website was sold. Ok, that happens but wouldn't you know that when a customer comes to the car lot a requests to see that specific truck. That was only a very minor issue. The salesman said he had another truck close to it and that it was $40,000. Cheaper than the one listed on their website. Ok so far so good. Test drive went fine. Battery My battery went dead. It had been rplaced ayear ago. You checked it and said it was good and charging.I am not sure if I am satisfied. One week later my car acted like it had a low battery and would not start. I let it set a minute and it started. I am waitint to see if it does it again.
The "Out to Lunch Bunch" I purchased my '17 pickup new from GPF and had a lovely experience doing so. I thought I'd get an oil change and general checkup for my pickup since I am coming up on owning it for a year. So I set up an appointment to take it in. Drove into the Service facility; waited about 5 minutes for somebody to go out and welcome me. (I was 5 minutes early; maybe only the first or second customer there at that moment, in that area.) Shady financial department As a fleet business of 12 years, we were talked down to and lied to by the guy named Daniel. He flat out lied about the terms of our loan, that was on already established line of credit through our bank. He informs us that we can’t choose length of terms as well as blaming our credit on that decision. The bank states the complete opposite. Not trustworthy, look elsewhere I would never trust, nor recommend anyone do business at this dealership. Over a few days I had emailed the “internet manager” at Grand Prairie Ford about a vehicle I was interested in. Don't buy here! Worst experience Worst experience at this dealership. I was told from the sales rep that I had to get extended warranty on a brand new 2018 suv and that Ford Motor Credit required it in order to finance me. Extended warranty should be an option by the consumer not a requirement. I later asked to speak to the Manager Brandon and was told that ford didn't require it, he did. Very Dispointed! Would not recommend! Got good deal but LESS than mo. and LESS than 5k miles brakes went to the Floor and would barely stop! Went back to GP Ford and they told me it would be about 24 hrs before anyone could look at it. Told them Not acceptable it's my work truck need it. They ask if they could give me a ride home! Just left! went to Arlingon Ford they gave me a rent truck and are working on it! Will NEVER go back!!
