Do not trust these people Do not trust their service department. They were ready to tear down my engine and possibly charge me over $800 for a non-existent problem. Took my vehicle for a second opinion from a trusted mechanic who told me he couldn't find anything wrong with my engine. Been driving fine ever since.

Would not honor internet price! This dealership is awful!!! My brother was in the market for a slightly used car. I found a 2014 mustang on cars.com from this place for 16999. We setup a appointment he test drove it and decided he wanted to purchase it. When they brought out the paper work the car went fro 16999 to 19500 because of "options"???? DO NOT BUY HERE! Rico, my sales person, was very pushy. If it wasn't for the sales manager that I talked to, not sure of his name, I would have walked away from the sale. The Finance manager was WAY too pushy too. After telling him a number of times I wasn't interested in the extended warranty, he kept on. This should be a recall Got the results from the diagnostic sheck on my driver's floorboard water leak. They want me to pay for zomething that is clearly poor manufacturer issues. So disappointed, I will dedicate time each day to write a poor review until zomething changes.

Worst Experience With a Dealership The worst dealership I've ever wasted my time at. The most unprofessional staff in the "used car" department I've ever dealt with. I left furious that I drove 2 hours for such a sorry experience. There's no way I would EVER buy a car from these people.
TERRIBLE Service! I bought a Jeep and part of the package was 5 brand new tires. The service department made an error and over inflated two of my tires. By the time I got home, those tires were ruined. I called the dealership and they bounced my calls around to different departments and after talking to 3 managers, they refused to do anything about it. Horrible place of buisness If 0 stars were allowed this place would get it. They could care less about their customers and are all crooks. I wouldn't ever buy a car here and for sure wouldn't have my car serviced there AGAIN. Their service times are horribly slow and they wont service the car correctly. The management is this facility is poor and something needs to change quickly. From the reading of other reviews it seems like this Dealership is garbage. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!!
