If all Truck sales were this great, it would be wonderful. I was treated as a person, with respect and my needs were always listened too and met. (Truck and Finance) My sales rep Audrey was simply the BEST. Finance was simple, quick and easy. I was given a complete tour of the dealership, my vehicle and my first service has already been scheduled. Even have a date for a class coming up to learn all the features of my Sync system. I recommend them highly.
Service (oil change, brake fluid flush, coolant flush) was done much faster than expected. However, several of the dash screens were removed from the options (calm screen, trip 2, intelligent 4WD) which makes 0 sense as to why that was touched. The auto hold function was also disabled which gave me a shock when I took my foot off the brake and the car started moving. Leave people's options alone!
The most incompetent group of people you can meet or do business with. James being number one he's a complete idiot. I have an audio message. If anybody wants to text me I can send it to you. He tried to tell me after keeping my car for October and November not opening the door for 15 days that I need a new tires I have the message if anybody wants to hear it it took me calling six dealerships to find one outside of town in Denton that actually had competent employees not full of fake BS. Lied to over the phone by a clueless middleman-they swore up and down we'd have a loaner, so I drove half an hour from Dallas. Got here: no loaner, no apology, no manager-just one useless service rep shrugging like it wasn't his problem. Third-party number that's useless. Never again.
I purchased my car last week and had a great experience with the salesman--he was fantastic and very helpful. However, my experience with the service center has been disappointing. The check engine light came on just a few days after purchasing the vehicle. I brought the car in to be checked, but the light had turned off by the time I arrived. If I could give them negative stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I've dropped my car off three times and all 3 times it has been held for almost a week. I would call on day 5 and ask the status and I was told "the part for you recall hasn't been delivered yet". Then why would you allow me to make an appointment and why would you not tell me this before I drop my car off? Schedule an appointment a week out and when I arrived on a Tuesday they said I'd be lucky if they got to it by Friday. Purchased the truck from Grapevine Ford. Side note haven't even made second payment and check engine light came on. They did not seem to care.
Grapevine Ford Service does not deserve the 2 star rating it has. They take zero responsibility for their failures. Because of them, I was stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree heat. I'm a 60 year old disabled woman. Venny Diaz, the Service Director, is horrible. DON'T TRUST YOUR SAFETY WITH THEM!
Believe the reviews, this place sucks and I didn't even have to go there to find this out. Scheduled a 1:30 Wednesday appointment over the phone Monday morning to have my daughter's 2007 F150 diagnosed for knocking noise. Called service advisor (Scott) yesterday to see what cost and timeframe might be in case I need a rental.. never received a call back.
