SCAM SCAM SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!I wish I googled the company when they came to my door. They dont want you to do any research first on them. That's why they try to get you to switch over asap while they're with you. The government should get involved here and shut these crooks down. Call your congressional representatives people!

I had a representative come to my apartment complex who said he was through dte energy and there was an issue with my bill and asked to see it. I proceeded to show him and he had me sign these forms electronically saying it would take money off my bill and the rate was supposed to be lower. Then he left and I received a text to my cell phone with a review of my contract!!!!! I immediately called green choice energy to cancel. A scam and I fell for it. Same as all the others as far as an aggressive individual lying about everything. I sent a email today on their site and will call on Monday to reinforce my cancellation. I should know better. This will never happen again.

The person who came to my door said he was from consumers energy and swore my gas bill would be lower. He lied about being from consumers and the bill jumped almost $100 for less use.

A salesperson came to my home and told me in no uncertain terms that RPA would cause me to pay a lower energy bill. Instead my energy bill has over-doubled, and I'm being charged sizeably higher rates than PSE&G would. After calling them I got a technician, ****, to admit that "The salespeople say whatever they need to to make a sale". I very fortunately recorded both of these conversations, and am now considering legal action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had a guy come to my apt complex where soliciting is not allowed, and demand to see my electric bill. I told him we dont get paper bills and insisted i pull it up on my phone which i did not. I asked if he was from my electric company and he said he was from my supplier and he needed to see if i was getting the rate I signed up for. At 5:30 pm on 1/19/23 two men from ***** ***** ********* of **********, PA with Green Choice Energy hats and badges came to my door misrepresenting themselves as sent by the local borough to FIX and CORRECT overcharges on my energy bills. When asked if they were trying to switch my energy provider they said NO 3 or 4 times. Against our better judgment they signed us up over the cell, assuring the rates would be fixed for 2 years and contract could be cancelled at any time. Do not ever go with RPA energy inc (or whatever name they are going to use in future), they are simply running big scam and charging double than other provider. i dont know how i missed BBB rating and unfortunately i enrolled in RPA energy inc. after 2 months i received my first bill with RPA and it is double then my old provider. i was paying around $250 for 1800kwh and this **** RPA charged me $507 for 1727kwh so i dont understand why the **** they promised me that they are going to reduce my bill?? the person visited at m... read more
