Food was ok but overpriced. We were also sat by the bar and there was some weird smell coming from the bar area.

Birthday dinner. Table of 4. Seated at a huge round table made for 8. Mediocre food and service. Crab dip appetizer and handful of chips definitely are not worth $14. Lukewarm sirloin steak, overcooked baked potato, overcooked Mahi Mahi. Burger was good, pork tenderloin slider and cauliflower appetizer were good. Service was slow and our server seemed indifferent to sell anything to us. Didn’t ask if we wanted an appetizer or dessert and would disappear for long periods of time. The place seemed semi-busy, but not that bad.

If you want a quiet dinner. Saturday night is not the night to go if Grand Park has events going on. Sat in an area where 15 parents were sitting at one table and their 15 kids (ages 8-12) were at another table. The parents paid absolutely NO attention to the kids who were running around, shouting and making Tik-Tok videos. A terrible dour table, another table and the servers.

Food was not good at all. There was more fat and bone on the short ribs than meat. The fried Bologna sandwich was not fried at all and was barely warm. It took a long time to get my tea and the waitress apologized and said she forgot. We were seated at a round table that stuck out pretty far into the aisle. The servers kept apologizing for having to squeeze thru to get to the drink station. To start one of the guest had a hair in his sandwich. Not a good way for his first time visit. Also another guest had the broccoli and it was too salty. My wife and I have been to Grindstone many times and this has to be the worst experience we’ve had to date.

We used to love Grindstone, seems they changed ownership since our last visit 6 months ago. New smaller menu, different vibe and lousy service. Not sure why the change but we wont be back.

Service was poor, drinks were spilled on us and no napkins were brought, table was not clean, plates were not removed

This was our first visit to Grindstone and it was our wedding anniversary. Service was very good but the food was mediocre. The menu is mostly pub food but my husband likes prime rib. His prime rib was cooked just as he requested and he said the outermost portion was very good but more towards the inside was just okay flavor. Mine was Chicken Pesto Pasta and the chicken was on the overdone side and dry. The pesto sauce and pasta had an odd flavor.
