It took 45 minutes to receive any food. They didn’t bring out our appetizer and then instead of bringing it out quickly after delivering dinner, they canceled it. We ate lighter dinners knowing we had ordered an appetizer. The waitress told us it was just busy and at no point seemed concerned. We stopped at a drive thru on way home since they failed to bring us the food we ordered. Discounting food does little to help hungry kids.

The service was not good as our food took forever to be served to us and when my husband ask another staff that look like the manager, he went to go get our food and when we received it. The food was cold and the taste of the food was not great. We refuse to complain and asked for hot food, because some staff at different restaurants have an attitude and may purposely put something in our food. We just paid for our food and left. We will not return back.

The steaks ordered from our group were all overcooked. The appetizers were good. I would stick to everything other than steaks.

Graduation night. Service was horrible. Waiter was nice, but slow.

Smelled like a dirty diaper where they sat us. Door handles were greasy at front of house, floors were dirty and not vacuumed, bathrooms weren't exactly clean. Food was mid at best. Server forgot us and just disappeared for a while. I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. Maybe if you're in the area and have no other options this place would do.

Burger was Cold when served - drinks took more than 20 minutes, servers were average, zero ambiance in the tables by the door, and it was hard to hear. Would not go back.

It was a birthday party for 5...with a reservation. We had a booth. We ordered 2 appetizers to share, salads, and an entree per person. They brought all the food at the same time. There was not enough room to put all on the table: we had plates in back of the booth, 3 on the seat, and we had to hold a couple while we were eating. It was ridiculous ! Very dissatisfied with the manager I talked to twice! It was my wife’s birthday and he assured me they would have a giant table set up outside for 15 that we could access at 6:30 for a surprise with her and my arrival at 6:45. Instead, too small tables were set up right in the entryway as you came in, and they were not ready till 640. So our friends we’re scurrying to get tables ready. Food was good though and Steve our waiter was great !!
