Ordered short ribs with Spicy Sauce on server's recommendation, but they delivered Korean style instead. We pointed this out when server came to check on us, and he went back to the kitchen. Explanation was they were out of what we ordered, but he would give us a dessert. Should have taken the short ribs off our bill, or at least given us 50% them. Didn't seem like they cared much.

Very uneven service, manager argued with one of our party over whether her steak was overdone. We went for Mother's Day with my wife, mother, and aunt. Several things were wrong with the order when it came out, including my mother's prime rib (ordered medium rare, received at least medium to medium-well). When she mentioned this to the manager, he assured her that her meat was "mid-rare" and then walked away. The atmosphere was just as expected sitting outside. However the food was not. When you are served a $10 steak and you were charged $22 for that steak it doesn’t make you happy. Not only was the steaks NOT what they should have been the mashed potatoes and vegetables were nothing to talk about either. Not a bad food place but, the quality of food does not stand up to the price of the food. Very disappointed birthday celebration for my husband.
The food was cold when it came out and had absolutely no flavor to it.

Green beans were covered in bacon grease. So a healthy food was made unhealthy. So disappointing . Menu did not say green beans had bacon in them.

Food was super chewy and tough. Not good

Brisket was dry and bun was very hard. Fried chicken slider was greasy and mostly fried batter. We have had much better experiences previously -disappointed
