Busy night at this place. It's never a good start to a dinner when you have to ask the host if anyone has been assigned to your table as no one acknowledged us for about 10 minutes. Turns out our waiter passed by multiple times but never said a word until the host asked him to serve us. We dined for my husband's birthday, and that was not acknowledged at all other than for him to be told the dessert he ordered was not available as they ran out of ice cream. Not much of a birthday. My husband and I spent an evening here for our date night that we rarely get. My husbands steak was nasty, his Mac n cheese dry, and my food was also mediocre but nothing to really complain about besides being cold. We were saddened to spend $100 on not good food.

Made a reservation earlier in the day. Arrived on-time, table not available as reserved. Waited more than an hour for the food which arrived cold. So loud, we couldn't hold a normal conversation. Quite disappointing overall.

The atmosphere was nice, but the food was less than stellar. The experience was fine at first; server was friendly and food came out quickly. I ordered chicken tenders, most of them were warm but one was definitely not (like maybe it wasn’t cooked with the rest of them). None of them tasted very good. I ordered prime rib but received a burnt rib eye instead. The waitress said they were out of prime rib and substituted a rib eye without even informing me. They offered to replace the meal with something of my choice, however the replacement meal didn't arrive until the rest of our table had finished. No offer to comp the meal until I talked to the manager. Noise level was so loud you could hardly hear from our friends across the table. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The service was not good. Our waitress was not very into serving us. I believe it was because we are black. We was seated near a cramp corner. We was never made to feel welcome. Far as the food goes it was not that good at all. The wings was ok but my steak tacos was not good at all. All in all I will personally never eat there again.

The waitress wasn’t on it at all. I don’t want to be mean but she was really bad. We ordered and she came back to say they were out of something and then when we ordered sandwich instead she literally brought it out along with some salads that we ordered as sides. So that food sat on the table literally for almost 20 minutes before everyone else’s food came out. The server recognized a member of our party, after that she catered to them only. My sweet tea was never sweet. The table wasn't correct and we had to move even though I made reservations ahead and specifically requested a table. The waitress was inattentive and kept reaching across our plates. I wasn't impressed! I expected so much more than we got and it just isn't what we expected from an establishment of this kind. The front people were very kind and attentive.
