I was extremely disappointed to know that you don’t cover the issues that came about on my car. When I bought the warranty I bought it to have piece of mind. I didn’t know that when I needed it that my service dealer would have to go through countless ways to prove there was an issue. If feel your company is a fraud. The repair and coordination with dealer was straight forward. Shocked that Warranty Co did not cover the tax on the replacement parts but covered rest of part cost and installation.

Very disappointed with the service will not renew
I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand caravan 1 year and 5 months ago along with the essential package from GWC. I also paid a deductible to GWC when I purchased the warranty. My vehicle, which I've only put 10,000 miles on during this time is only 3 years old and has 108,000 miles on it. My transmission is going out and GWC is only willing to put a used transmission with 90,000 miles on it for my replacement and I still have to pay out of pocket.
