I did not have to contact anyone with the warranty company the repair shop did. 24 hours later picked up my vehicle and paid my portion
Easy to work with, straightforward processing of claim
My timing belt was the issue and you covered it (but ONLY if the mechanic found a USED one.)but not the gears that make it work and needed replacing as well. That makes no sense whatsoever. Add to that I was not given an option. Of warranty companies to choose from when I purchased this car I was told it had to your company. That’s unfortunate seeing how you do not stand behind your catchphrase.
I was not told that there would be caps on the labor rate Very disappointing I will not get this again and will not recommend to anyone
Parts within my comprehensive package were not covered. Absolutely ridiculous. Every excuse was made to not pay. Finding new company ASAP!
My Water pump replacement was paid the flush was not covered, the shop told us it took time to get the bill paid.
Well to begging i thought that you would cover more than you did .dangerous to drive but not covered dont understand. Don't get me wrong I thank you for what you did. When I bought the wanentee i thought I had no worries but i guess i was wrong.
had a bad O2 sensor had to be replaced paid my deductible and the balance was paid saved me 350.00
