Took too long to get inspected still haven't got my truck fixed been almost a month without my truck just no excuse

Would like a little more on details on what’s covered. Things I think were covered weren’t. Just think the details of coverage should be better explained
Could have paid for all the parts for the repair. All which where nessescary. Although approval was quick and repair done fast. I did save $600
I paid for my warranty in good faith. The explanation I received from you was there was a lawsuit for my year & make bmw & you wouldn’t approve the repairs. I reviewed my contract & there is nothing that says my repair wouldn’t be covered. I paid $5K and I feel I was taken.

Didn't know we had to pay the taxes on the repair, was told that was in the exclusions, like who really reads that crap. Would have been nice if that was verbally explained when i purchased the warranty!!! Be glad when i sell this van and no longer have to deal with GWC!!!

It took a while for the inspector came out to check my car. And also they couldn’t cover the issue because of pre existing damage. They should have given some kind of help if im paying for a warranty.

They dont cover the m9st important parts. They also will not tell you if the work is covered until the shop takes apart the engine or transmission. If they dont cover the part the shop will charge you the rate to take apart the engine or transmission.
