Being very difficult with my claim, nit picking and not willing to pay for things they should pay for,

I had two repairs done. One was a repair that was from a previous GWC waranty claim. GWC supplied the part. It was the powet steering rack. The part failed and had to be replaced. The truck needed to have the front end aligned becuse the rack was replaced.GWC refused to pay saying they dont ever pay .for front end alignments. But the aligment was only necessary because they supplied a part that failed. I should not have to pay for the align this case because GWC supplied the part that failed.

I had to pay more than just my $100 deductible for part that was being haggled between rep and mechanic that was needed for proper functionality. Mechanic didn’t want to go with OEM ‘after market’ part, so I had to absorb balance of cost because warranty WOULD not cover fully. This! Grrr!

I purchased the Exclusionary coverage (best one) and the "No Worries, Just Drive" Package. Guess what? I was worried and could not just drive. Why? My dealership contacted GWC to inquire about the warranty and GWC said they will not cover the full labor rate, they will not cover taxes, they will not cover things like screws. I had to pay $250 out-of-pocket to cover these expenses. This is NOT what I would've expected from their best package. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy any coverage from GWC.

I was told that the Diagnostic was covered if something was found and I had to pay 160 out of pocket.

i asked question and the rep explained to me in detail, what was covered and what price they found the parts for. for the dealer tried to say the warrenty company would only pay so much towards the job. after calling the warrenty company back and told them what the dealer said, they explained that is the price the dealer wants for their parts, but they can find parts at the same cost the warrenty company found

Paying for the warranty is a waste of money. If they don’t like the cost of the part or the labor they will NOT cover it even if it is a covered repair. If anyone were to ask me I would not recommend getting a warranty through them. I even contacted them directly and they didn’t bother to respond.

I just think you try to find every reason possible to void the warranty now I have no vehicle and have to still pay over 500 dollars I just think it’s a joke how you guys work
