The total bill was 1700.00. The warranty only covered 400.00 before the deductible. The warranty company wanted the repair shop to use used second rate parts with no or very limited warranty to fix my air conditioner air compressor and related issues. The repair shop refused to do this. At the very least the warranty company could have recommended a company in my area that the have already worked with and who might be able to get the cost in line with the coverage. Your company is terrible, its the worst warranty company ive ever seen ,i would not recommend you guys even to my worst enemy,you put after market parts on my vehicle ,you pay a percentage instead of full and not covering materials and service for things even though its a part of a particular system like the cooling and heating system Overall i grade you a minus 10 Orville Brown
I wish more would have been covered. Wound up paying for ball bearings, $500. The mechanic did find something else wrong that was covered by the warranty. I was glad for that.
Even though we had the Platinum plus warranty that cost several thousand dollars, GWC refuses to cover the full cost of the OEM Suspension springs in my BMW. They claim Aftermarket springs cost less, even though the BMW dealership specifically informed us that those could cause more damage later. They do not care about any damage that can occcur due to non-standard equipment. Definitely never getting coverage with them ever again even though both my other vehicles are due for renewal. Terrible company to have to deal with. Would never recommend them to anyone. Pick and chose what they pay for. Will be waiting on there private message for there typical excuses. Wish I could get a refund but oh no won’t let that happen so neither will these bad reviews. Hmmm
You covered what was identified, but not what was needed to repair the vehicle. It also seems that your rental policy is geared to eliminate your responsibility as opposed to taking care of your customers. That being said, you did cover about 20% of the bill.
Nothing was covered by that we thought would be and also the shop we took it thought it would be. The truck has had several problems since the first day it was bought. It stated we have coverage for a rental yet every shop that deals with this warranty does not provide rentals. I’ve been without a car for over 30 days since I got the car and how many times it’s had to be taken to the shop
Having the necessary repairs on my vehicle done under warranty was really money well spent. My service advisor at Executive Jeep Nissan didn't have difficulty discussing with your company the necessary repairs for my Nissan Murano. Thank you very much!
I had to pay 250 and the dealer had to pay 250 to pick up what the warranty wouldn’t cover. What good is a warranty if it doesn’t cover what it says it will. I will never use GWC in the future and will never recommend to any friends or family.
