I purchased a vehicle less than a year ago and opted to purchase the Powertrain Plus warranty through GWC. Everything listed in the brochure as covered parts seemed worth the high price tag. What your warranty covers is really good but the communication between the garage that did the service and also the customer which is myself is terrible

Worked out pretty easy. Only issue was I was told the warranty would cover any issue. Not a cap limit of 2000. Not really gwc at fault more the slimey dealer that sold me the car.

Frist of all, I will never buy an extended warranty ever again. It should be standard practice that when a brake calibre goes bad both should be replaced. Which in my understanding that if one goes bad both are replaced . Standard practice . Well, folks remember this with extended warranties if one part is bad and the other is not, do not replace the other if it is not bad ; because, the extended warranty will not pay to have replaced because it was not bad, but standard practice is to have both replaced if one goes bad. Your service was good the auto repair center was not very good his work was ok but he wanted to charge me the different between what you paid and what he nofmal charged. Hayes Auto Center was on your list but you took him off i didn't know that, when i called they said they were. I will never go back there again.

Nothing is covered. They'll tell you it's covered, but won't when it comes time to repair it. I can't imagine a worse extended warranty for a car.
